Junior Account Manager – Voice
Infios
• Account Management to drive upsell and expansion with existing Infios voice clients • Drive Customer Satisfaction and Increased Revenue with existing clients • Own the voice software and hardware pipeline and responsible for meeting or exceeding the quota requirements • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding prospect business priorities, technology environments, and key stakeholders • Collaborate with Voice software and hardware partners and internal teams to ensure effective solution design and fit • Support sales processes by completing RFPs, building service estimates, and facilitating smooth transitions to implementation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field
- 3 to 5 years of supply chain experience, with strong knowledge of warehousing and fulfilment processes
- Experience with Honeywell voice solution and Honeywell and Zebra mobility hardware required
- Familiarity with Infios WMS is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, sales, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time
