• The Product Manager should be an expert in healthcare software product management solutions. • Responsible for product requirements for modules and our customers. • Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; from initial idea through development, launch, ongoing operations and expansion of our product. • This position requires close interaction with development, design, customers, and business stakeholders across the organization. • Manages research and development activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products. • Collaborate with business partners to understand long and short term business plan and where technology can be leveraged to drive better business results. • Define product (application) strategy and roadmap. • Develop business case, cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations. • Work on teams for application development projects and production support of existing applications. • Coordinate post-release user surveys, collate responses/feedback and drive enhancements. • Travel required: up to 25%.

• Participate in standup meetings and engineering agile syncs • Review and maintain Jira daily to ensure stories are accurate, prioritized, and actionable • Document user journeys, workflows, and detailed requirements • Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria • Translate product requirements into clear, executable technical stories • Answer day-to-day questions from developers and stakeholders • Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather business needs, user pain points, and process gaps • Validate assumptions, scope, and dependencies with guidance from Product or Engineering leadership • Create and maintain clear documentation including: user stories and acceptance criteria, process flows and workflows, user journeys and use cases, wireframes and interaction flows, testing and validation documentation • Support refinement and prioritization of the technical product backlog in partnership with Product Owners or Managers • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned to documented requirements • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, users, and the technical team

• Develop and execute the roadmap of internal AI solutions, capabilities and infrastructure: prioritizing features and improvements that deliver strategic value for the business. • Work with cross-functional leaders to identify outcomes and measurable metrics to quantify the value of our AI investments. • Define product requirements, interface with users to validate solutions, execute discovery work and ensure we are prioritizing the right customer problems. • Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company's big picture, articulating a compelling vision for AI and its role in evolving our workplace and workflows. • Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly and in an understandable way for them. Analyze and track important metrics to evaluate product performance and guide iterative improvement.

• Own ensuring everyone is set up to use and actually leverages data across the company via queries, dashboards, and alerts. • Manage week-to-week prioritization of data engineering and data science teams by identifying critical data dependencies, removing technical roadblocks, and ensuring efficient execution of workflows and OKRs. • Lead the deployment and integration of scalable systems to automate key processes (e.g. ERP -> financial workflows and reporting). • Enhance and automate processes for seamless, automated transaction processing. • Improve cross-functional workflows when integrating new partners, including QA implementation of our underwriting system and Risk analyses, while managing global timelines. • Define and measure technical success metrics, providing clear reporting on project progress, system performance, and business impact.
