• Step into a high-impact sales role where your dental expertise and relationship-building skills drive real results. • You'll use your active listening skills to uncover each practice’s unique pain points and confidently recommend tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of services. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals • Engage prospects and customers with a detailed discovery of Dental RCM, then providing key insights, teaching and tailoring services to each practice &/or DSO. • Leverage your Dental RCM experience to deliver valuable insights for multiple solutions (discovery and consultation) to prospects and existing clients toward securing incremental revenue • Create detailed business & territory plan to facilitate the attainment of monthly and quarterly sales targets: including prospecting, as well as leverage through strategic partnerships and dental consultants • Negotiate multifaceted customer sales agreements and keep records of sales and data in our HUB and our CRM. • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales to leadership • Develop valuable working relationships with Henry Schein Dental FSC’s and other field partners to drive eAssist sales in your territory • Immediately and consistently follow up on leads, tracking in our CRM • Participate in industry-related trade shows / meetings • Actively participate in weekly Level 10 meeting • Work on a Central and East Coast schedule: This territory includes the Great Lakes area.

• Step into a high-impact sales role where your dental expertise and relationship-building skills drive real results • Take ownership of the entire new customer acquisition process • Collaborating with a passionate, mission-driven team • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals • Engage prospects and customers with a detailed discovery of Dental RCM • Leveraging Dental RCM experience to deliver valuable insights • Create detailed business & territory plan to facilitate the attainment of sales targets • Negotiate multifaceted customer sales agreements • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales to leadership • Develop valuable working relationships with Henry Schein Dental FSC’s and other field partners

• Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities. • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients. • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services. • Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations. • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Own the claims process for assigned Oral Surgery offices. • Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. • Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation. • Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices. • Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns. • Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.

• Enjoy a work / life balance while working remotely from home! • Review and execute the billing, claims, and payment processes for Multi-Site clients to help departments resolve their revenue cycle challenges. • As the DSO Success Consultant, you will work directly with our Multi-Site Practices to understand and support their existing processes to manage accounts, while providing expert-level support and communication to help improve insurance collections. • Clock in Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm • Manage and facilitate revenue cycle workflow for Multi-Site client base • Manage Denials and Claim Adjudication whenever necessary or within the parameters of the client’s needs • Operate within the dental industry’s Best Practices when managing accounts • Must respect and maintain confidentiality following strict HIPAA/PHI regulations. • Ensure maintenance and retention of clients by meeting all Brand Promise Expectations • Ensure the highest level of customer service by demonstrating thorough knowledge of Dental Revenue workflows and effective communication • Notify and document challenges and opportunities for improvement to review with your DSO Team Leader and Regional Leader • Attend all team meetings, Office and DSO Team Leader 1:1 when scheduled • Other duties as assigned

• Participate in standup meetings and engineering agile syncs • Review and maintain Jira daily to ensure stories are accurate, prioritized, and actionable • Document user journeys, workflows, and detailed requirements • Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria • Translate product requirements into clear, executable technical stories • Answer day-to-day questions from developers and stakeholders • Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather business needs, user pain points, and process gaps • Validate assumptions, scope, and dependencies with guidance from Product or Engineering leadership • Create and maintain clear documentation including: user stories and acceptance criteria, process flows and workflows, user journeys and use cases, wireframes and interaction flows, testing and validation documentation • Support refinement and prioritization of the technical product backlog in partnership with Product Owners or Managers • Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned to documented requirements • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, users, and the technical team
