Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare implementation, strategic consulting, or clinical program management
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex healthcare implementation programs
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a proven track record of supporting sales cycles and managing external stakeholder expectations
  • Deep expertise in clinical workflow optimization, change management, and team leadership
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical leaders
  • Proven ability to lead multi-phase strategic projects, managing timelines across internal teams and external customer partners to meet commercial milestones
