Role Description The Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery is responsible for: - Contract execution and client satisfaction. - Business development and contract negotiations with vendors/subcontractors. - Employee development and financial performance of large and/or multiple projects. - Promoting the company culture. Responsibilities include: - Management of all project team members (Project Administrator, Project Accountant, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents) across multiple projects and geographies. - Championing project safety and risk management for the company. - Mentoring and training Project Managers and Superintendents for career growth and development. - Managing overall project financials and communicating them to leadership. - Informing Vice President of employee development and performance issues. - Understanding Contract Terms and Conditions to resolve risks and business issues. - Leading the development of Subcontract and Purchase Order exhibits for accurate scope buyout. - Collaborating with Project Manager(s) and Superintendent(s) on project schedule development. - Monitoring and managing Change Management status and timeliness. - Ensuring accurate Monthly Reporting and leading Monthly Project Meetings. - Verifying accurate financial forecasting with Project Manager(s). - Managing and resolving open Risk issues on projects. - Serving as the key point of contact for the Client on projects. - Being accountable for project completion per energy and financial goals. - Building and maintaining strong customer relations with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and owners. - Assuring implementation of all company policies and procedures on projects. - Building effective relationships with Vendors, Subcontractors, and Clients. - Actively seeking ways to participate in the industry and community. - Serving as a role model and promoting ethical, professional behaviors. Qualifications - Minimum of 8-10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction (Higher education, healthcare, advanced technology, life sciences, office buildings, etc.). - Design build experience is a plus. - 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) AND applicable field work experience in the Company core markets. - Demonstrates leadership skills and willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships. - Can manage complex situations that may include ambiguity and conflict resolution. - Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance, and client expectations. - Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System. - Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. - Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. - Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. Requirements - 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
