Position Summary Guggenheim Investments is hiring a Compensation Operations Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Compensation Finance Lead, the Compensation Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for managing compensation accounting and reporting, including preparing headcount roll-forwards, recording payroll and benefit-related journal entries across multiple entities and currencies, and completing account reconciliations while supporting financial planning with compensation analysis. The role will also assist with deferred compensation program administration by maintaining participant records, responding to employee inquiries, and managing annual processes such as enrollment and distributions. The role serves as a key project resource for system and process initiatives. The position being offered is remote, however some travel between office locations in Chicago and New York may be required.
