Senior Account Executive, Client Services What You’ll Do As our Senior Account Executive, your primary goal is to oversee successful implementation of existing client SOWs, coordinating internal and external resources, managing timelines and budgets, and providing day-to-day communication with the clients. Even in hectic circumstances, you must troubleshoot, remain cool under pressure, and communicate concisely and effectively to keep clients and internal teams informed and organized. A Day in the Life Deliverables - Understand the therapeutic area of assigned account(s) and competitive environment - Demonstrate significant knowledge of agency procedure, be an advocate for agency process, and contributes to process improvement - Understand a wide range of digital and non-digital project types across Medical Affairs and Commercial functions - Modify core product framework plans to form custom project plans - Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations and client positioning and strategy - Evaluate deliverables against Project Briefs - Contribute thoughtfully to the brand tactical planning - Provide accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines - Own day-to-day tactics and execution within agency - Develop budgets and ensure invoicing is consistent with agreed-upon terms - Keep accurate record of time spent on client work and manage project burn rate - Assist in project reconciliation and work with accounting to ensure accurate billing Client Responsibility - Work with client and internal teams to successfully execute scoped tactics - Communicate directly, frequently, and autonomously with client; build rapport and credibility with client based on trust and expert counsel - Serve as the Client Service lead onsite at meetings such as ad boards and congress engagements Internal Responsibility - Keep internal team informed of changes in client/competitive climate - Synchronize communications between account teams, support teams, vendors, and client - Maintain accurate and organized project folders Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Grammy U Representative is responsible for working with their local Recording Academy Chapter, the Grammy U National Team, Community Advocates and Grammy U Ambassadors on student and non-student membership recruitment and retention initiatives, as well as program development, marketing, and implementation. Applicants must adhere to the Code of Conduct set forth by the Recording Academy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Membership Recruitment and Retention: The Grammy U Representative develops membership recruitment/retention strategies to maintain a vital student membership base across local campuses, as well as non-student membership across local communities. - Leadership: The Grammy U Representative leads and supervises Grammy U Ambassadors by facilitating Ambassador meetings and initiatives. The Grammy U Representative must also be able to organize, market, and execute approved local programs for Grammy U members. All programs should be planned in a spirit of collaboration with local Chapter staff, the Grammy U National Team, Ambassadors, and all members. - Academy and Student/Non-Student Representative: The Grammy U Representative serves as an advocate for the Recording Academy, disseminating important information and announcements oftentimes via social media.
