• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from intake sessions through offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. • Source and engage top talent using modern sourcing tools and techniques. • Screen candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs. • Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred). • Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely updates. • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Stay informed about market trends and talent pools to refine sourcing strategies. • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Job Requirements
- Greater than 5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting talent acquisition efforts, including resume review, candidate screening, sourcing, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
