FP&A Lead, GTM Finance About the Role We are looking for a FP&A Lead within our GTM Finance team to serve as the financial backbone of our go-to-market organization. In this role, you will own revenue forecasting, partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership, and drive operational rigor across commissions, pricing, and reporting. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that blends analytical depth with business judgment and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and GTM execution. You will report to the VP of GTM Finance. You’ll help us protect honest people online by: - Owning and maintaining revenue forecasting models across GTM segments. Enhance volume-based proactive alerting mechanisms. - Serving as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Marketing organizations, supporting investment case development, and budget management. Translating financial insights into operational guidance that drives GTM decision-making. - Working with GTM Leadership to design, document, and administer sales compensation plans, including quota setting, accelerator structures, and SPIFFs. Managing end-to-end commission calculations, handling disputes and exception requests, and ensuring timely, accurate payouts in coordination with Payroll and HR. - Supporting cross-functional RevOps initiatives including pricing analysis, CRM data integrity, and reporting automation. You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are: - 6+ years in GTM Finance and/or Revenue Operations with expertise in revenue forecasting/pacing, capacity planning and strategic organizational support - Hands-on background designing or administering sales compensation plans - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs with a working knowledge of BI tools - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) - High attention to detail allowing independent execution You’re an especially awesome match if you have/are: - Background in a high-growth usage-based tech company - Demonstrated use of AI tools to automate workflows, connect systems, and build interactive reporting - Exposure to identity verification or payments verticals Location: USA, Remote Why Veriff? Job Requirements
- 6+ years in GTM Finance and/or Revenue Operations with expertise in revenue forecasting/pacing, capacity planning, and strategic organizational support.
- Hands-on background designing or administering sales compensation plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs with a working knowledge of BI tools.
