Senior Solutions Engineer
Netwrix Corporation
• Own and lead the technical validation activities within the sales process to achieve Technical Clearance to Close(TCC) or Technical Win. • Collaborate with sales personnel on territory, account, and opportunity strategies. • Assist sales personnel in qualifying customer requirements and participating in technical discussions on Netwrix value propositions. • Conduct and coordinate demonstrations, workshops, and product walkthroughs for customers' IT, security, and network personnel and influence technical and business leadership. • Provide customers with best-practice methods and technical expertise through evaluations and proof-of-value engagements across OS, Active Directory Security, ITDR, Privilege, and Data Management. • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Netwrix solutions and corresponding competitive landscapes. • Develop and maintain rapport with customers' technical champions and decision-makers.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of relevant presales technical experience is required.
- Excellent presentation, business, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer relationship skills; a consultative and collaborative approach with the ability to achieve a "Trusted Advisor" role with customers and prospects.
- Extensive skills and experience with OS, Security, Application, Privilege, and Data Management tools.
- Experience working on projects centered on Active Directory Security, ITDR, Identity, Access Management, and other IT-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Windows Operating Systems, Exchange, Sharepoint, and O365/Entra/AD.
- Strong background in Powershell and SQL scripting and troubleshooting.
