• Act as the day-to-day project management lead across active client engagements within the Cloud Optimization practice • Track, organize, and drive follow-through on all outstanding delivery items, client asks, and internal action items • Take full accountability in coordinating deliverables for verified business outcomes internally, and for the customer • Partner directly with clients to align on requirements, priorities, timelines, and next steps • Translate client needs into clear internal actions for delivery and solutions teams • Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to maintain visibility into project status, ownership, and progress • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time • Communicate completed work, releases, demos, and updates back to clients in a timely and professional way • Maintain momentum across fast-moving engagements where multiple tasks may be progressing at once • Help create more structure, consistency, and accountability within delivery operations • Support client offsites and occasional conferences as needed
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in project management, delivery, operations, or consulting
- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment, ideally at a well-known consultancy or strong boutique firm
- Prior exposure to cloud project delivery
- Working understanding of cloud cost optimization/FinOps concepts
- Demonstrated experience owning the full project coordination lifecycle: Receiving a client need, Translating it into internal action, Tracking execution, Communicating completion back to the client
- Experience working on smaller teams where individual ownership and autonomy were required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay composed and professional in client-facing situations, including under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams
