• We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and build critical product learning programs for customers and employees • As the Learning Experience Designer, you will take a hands-on approach in creating multi-modal learning programs that enhance our customers’ ability to independently administer their Employ solutions with confidence • Driving case deflection, product adoption, customer retention and account growth • Design high-impact content, including microlearning videos, process guides, assessments, and additional resources, that reduces customer friction points and promotes product adoption • Conduct targeted needs analysis and discovery with subject matter experts • Continuously monitor training effectiveness, and take a data-driven approach to content iteration • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assets, ensuring content remains accurate as the product evolves through each release cycle • Partner closely with the Digital Experience and Customer Success teams to create scalable learning programs and effective digital onboarding programs

• Be an individual contributor on an agile product development team. • Work on an agile development team in collaboration with a scrum master, product owner, software engineers, and other development team members. • Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members, who may be employed by the Company or external consultants. • Execute UI/UX design tasks. • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Translate business and technical requirements into usable, intuitive interface designs. • Complete design tasks independently or in a self-directed manner. • Comply with policies and procedures for design and development, including standards for usability, accessibility, documentation, and quality. • Contribute to ongoing maintenance and enhancement of company technology products. • Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs in Angular and/or React. • Participate in usability testing, design reviews, and iterative improvement cycles. • Heavily engage with company internal and external customers. • Participate in execution of company non-design projects to gain insight into the use and value of company software products.

• Gather, evaluate, and translate user/business requirements and insights into usable interfaces. • Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, site maps, interactive UI prototypes, and specifications. • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development. • Ensure experiences meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices. • Visually and verbally present product solutions, facilitate UX workshops, and collaborate with developers/BAs to solve UX problems. • Execute responsive website rollouts, provide thoughtful UX reviews of work in progress, and perform front-end build reviews (device testing).
