Learning Experience Designer

• We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and build critical product learning programs for customers and employees • As the Learning Experience Designer, you will take a hands-on approach in creating multi-modal learning programs that enhance our customers’ ability to independently administer their Employ solutions with confidence • Driving case deflection, product adoption, customer retention and account growth • Design high-impact content, including microlearning videos, process guides, assessments, and additional resources, that reduces customer friction points and promotes product adoption • Conduct targeted needs analysis and discovery with subject matter experts • Continuously monitor training effectiveness, and take a data-driven approach to content iteration • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assets, ensuring content remains accurate as the product evolves through each release cycle • Partner closely with the Digital Experience and Customer Success teams to create scalable learning programs and effective digital onboarding programs
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in developing and maintaining customer-centric product learning programs for a SaaS platform
- Demonstrated success creating learning content utilizing learning design models and anchored in sound adult learning principles
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough discovery and needs analysis to ensure learning programs effectively support targeted outcomes and reduce friction points for our customers
