• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues — including application installation, network connectivity (VPN, DMZ, firewall-related), and device management issues — through debugging, log analysis, and API-level investigation. • Design and implement technical solutions, integrations, and workarounds tailored to customer environments, including custom API interactions and scripting (Bash/Python) for workflow automation. • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively flag technical risks that could affect retention. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts throughout their lifecycle. • Lead technical onboarding calls, product demos, and training sessions for customers during PT business hours. • Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and renewal of accounts.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure and application deployment systems. • Define and enforce best practices for DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, alerting, and configuration management. • Mentor and guide development and operations teams on DevOps principles and tools. • Design, build, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD. • Manage and maintain complex environments in Azure, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. • Perform system administration and maintenance for both Windows and Linux servers (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting). • Utilize various command line utilities for system diagnostics, configuration, and automation. • Develop, maintain, and enhance extensive automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to manage system configuration, deployments, and operational tasks. • Drive the transition from manual operations to fully automated, codified infrastructure.

• Contribute to the design strategy for iOS and iPadOS, ensuring our products leverage the latest platform capabilities. • Participate in the full design lifecycle - from initial discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff. •

• Design, develop, and deploy Azure Functions and broader Azure data services to extract, transform, and load data into Snowflake data models and marts. • Implement automated data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all pipelines. • Optimize workloads to reduce cloud hosting costs, including right-sizing compute, tuning queries, and leveraging efficient storage and caching patterns. • Build and maintain ELT/ETL workflows and orchestration to integrate multiple internal and external data sources at scale. • Design data pipelines that support both near real-time streaming data ingestion and scheduled batch processing to meet diverse business requirements. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into robust, secure, and highly available data solutions.
