Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, Data Analytics & Insights

• Independently complete analytics and data gathering to support recommendations • Share insights and recommendations with senior leaders to get buy-in for proposed solutions • Partner across the organization to understand the decision drivers to non-wage spend • Recommend and lead large-scale technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet delivery goals • Drive clarity and alignment on program scope, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams • Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making • Mentor team members on best practices in program management and technical execution

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar role
  • Proven expertise in data analytics driving recommendations for senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills to summarize data and align executive audiences
  • Strong technical expertise in software and hardware systems design, cloud infrastructure, and service management framework
  • Proven ability to partner with finance, legal, and procurement teams to drive improvements in overall execution
  • Extensive experience in program management, including planning and execution of complex technical programs
  • Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative methods, and leveraging insights to drive program success
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving continuous process improvements
  • Strategic mindset with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization frameworks
