Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Motorsport, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance engineering in Formula E, F1, WEC, or similar high-level motorsport categories
- Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics, tire behavior, and control systems
- Proven trackside experience, collaborating with race engineers and drivers to fine-tune vehicle performance
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Wintax, Atlas)
- Experience with lap time simulation tools and simulator environments
- Strong capabilities in MATLAB and other engineering analysis tools
- Knowledge of measurement technology and telemetry applications

• Ensure flow down of product requirements both internally and to sub-tier suppliers through PO requirements, Quality Notes, and Statements of Work. • Interpret and explain these requirements to ensure supply base both understands and complies with these quality requirements. • Drive continuous product / process improvements of our supply base by identifying supplier risk & systemic performance issues and driving solutions through various tools/methodologies including: Root Cause Corrective Actions, Statistical/analytical improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies. • Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes related to supplier performance and implementation of necessary engagements to improve supplier manufacturing processes. • Perform defect data analysis and review with the program managers and supplier management, which will assist in developing Supplier improvement plans. • Lead and participate in multi-functional teams in problem resolution and continuous improvement activities with an emphasis on six sigma, lean practices and other analytical improvement methods and tools. • Identify and document supplier risk; develop mitigation plans to reduce, eliminate and prevent supplied product defects. • Support containment activities associated with discrepant material, with assistance from functional stakeholders. • Drive the supplier corrective action process, review, approval and monitoring; assure containment, closed loop Root Cause Corrective Action is obtained; communicate issue and resolution to functional stakeholders. • You should anticipate some travel (Up to 25%) to support supplier assessments, audits, reviews at supplier locations.
