Senior Finance Analyst
NetraScale
• Support the annual budgeting process, forecasting and financial planning for corporate departments and assigned lab operations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting packages • Analyze budget-to-actual results and explain key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities • Build and maintain financial models for headcount, operating expenses, capital spending, and scenario planning • Partner with business leaders to monitor spending, evaluate performance, and support decision-making • Develop meaningful reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into financial and operational performance • Assist with leadership and management reporting as needed • Serve as a finance partner to corporate functions and provide analytical support to laboratory operations as needed • Support financial review of revenue, expenses, productivity, and other performance indicators • Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, accounting, and leadership to gather data and validate assumptions • Identify process improvement opportunities related to planning, reporting, and financial analysis • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reclasses, and financial review • Assist with account reconciliations, expense analysis, and balance sheet review • Help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting • Support internal controls and standardized finance/accounting processes • Assist with audit requests, documentation, and other compliance-related financial activities • Partner with accounting to research and resolve financial discrepancies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Preferred CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Experience in healthcare, laboratory, multi-site, or decentralized operations
- Experience with NetSuite, planning tools, or business intelligence/dashboard platforms
