• Supporting the company’s legal operations in a variety of matters, with a focus that includes general corporate matters, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters, insurance, vendor contract negotiations, internal corporate policies and procedures, along with drafting and negotiating other transactional matters including managing books and record keeping. • Overseeing general corporate legal matters • Negotiating and drafting customer and vendor contracts as well as various other transactional matters • Assisting with legal and regulatory compliance • Assisting with corporate governance matters as well as managing books and records • Assisting with compliance with various domestic and international privacy laws • Assisting with the company’s data security program • Assisting with management of the Company’s insurance program and operations • Assisting with a variety of other legal functions such as loans, joint ventures, acquisitions, construction, real estate, intellectual property protection, tax abatements, litigation, etc. • Managing collections on customer accounts • Performing a broad range of legal matters and general business matters based on the needs of the company, as assigned. • Working with and managing outside counsel, counterparties, insurers, and other third parties as needed

About the Role We are looking for a Financial Analyst to help drive planning, reporting, and decision support across the business. This role will partner closely with leaders in functions such as G&A, R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to improve financial visibility, support investment decisions, and strengthen forecasting accuracy. A key success criterion will be assisting in building out the company’s PowerBI reporting framework for across org decision making. As such, prior experience with PowerBI or similar software is extremely valuable. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to influence business decisions and build their brand internally. What You’ll Do - Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operating reports, including budget vs. actuals - Build and maintain financial models for headcount, departmental spending, revenue scenarios, and investment decisions - Deliver variance analysis and explain key drivers, risks, and opportunities to finance and non-finance stakeholders - Support SaaS and operating metric reporting, including bookings, ARR, retention, churn, and other topline KPIs as applicable - Help develop scenario models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation - Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, accruals, and management reporting - Improve reporting processes, data quality, and forecast efficiency through automation and AI - Contribute to executive presentations, board materials, and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership

• Drive and support the development, enhancement, and governance of advanced financial models • Serve as a key subject matter expert in the development and maturation of the Commercial Finance Center of Excellence • Oversee comprehensive financial analysis to deliver strategic insights • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by designing and implementing enhanced forecasting • Manage the consolidation and validation of financial and operational data from multiple sources

• Support for bookkeeping, invoicing and payment processing • Risk management: identification of financial project risks and implementation of countermeasures • Monitoring: ongoing tracking of project costs, milestones and resource utilization • Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments and management of outstanding items (open invoices) • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements • Support for budgeting, forecasting and reporting • Collaboration with tax advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes • Maintenance of finance and accounting systems
