Senior Analyst, Central Performance – Innovation
Aledade, Inc.
• Support the various teams across the Central Performance & Innovation department with custom analytics solutions • Contribute to and drive activities with Aledade Departments and internal/external stakeholders to achieve defined goals • Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to improve performance for various markets and enterprise partners • Lead execution of ongoing process operations across department programs ensuring efficiency and accuracy • Drive operational improvement initiatives to optimize internal processes and provide oversight of department SOPs • Proactively manage timelines and assigned deliverables across programs and initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 2-4 years of relevant work and/or internship experience
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables. Experience using Microsoft Tools.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex tasks, anticipate potential problems, and develop logical solutions to propose and implement
- A collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
