Senior Reporting Analyst – PM
CVS Health
• Manages execution of strategic initiatives across Small Group organization • Generates reporting to provide Small Group insights and learnings to functional leaders • Drives development and execution of project plans • Leads cross-functional communication and team accountability for deadlines • Gathers and summarizes sales and retention data to identify trends and opportunities • Develops presentations of data to summarize results for peers and leadership
Job Requirements
- Health Insurance industry experience
- Project management experience and/or data reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- 3-5 years project management experience in health insurance setting (preferred)
- Mastery of basic Excel functions for data summarization (preferred)
- Familiarity with SalesForce reporting (preferred)
