Job Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend expertise.
- Experience operating as a technical lead within a product team.
- Strong system design, API design, and data modeling fundamentals.
- Experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate feasibility and sequence work pragmatically.
- Experience working in cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS) with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Experience with workflow automation or AI-enabled features.
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs and constraints effectively.
