Qualifications - 7+ years of outside B2B sales within the precision metals manufacturing industry. - Proven success selling custom metal fabrication, precision stampings, wire forms, tube fabrication, machining, or contract manufacturing services. - Established relationships with engineering, procurement, sourcing, and manufacturing leaders within large OEM manufacturers. - Experience selling custom manufactured components into Aerospace & Defense OEMs, government contractors, hyperscaler/data center manufacturers, power generation companies, medical device manufacturers, or other large industrial OEMs. - Demonstrated success developing new business and opening strategic accounts. - Ability to manage complex RFQ-driven sales cycles. Requirements - Develop new OEM business throughout North America. - Identify and close opportunities for fabricated metal components, precision stampings, welded assemblies, and wire form solutions. - Call on engineering, supply chain, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, and executive leadership. - Generate RFQs, coordinate quotations with engineering and operations, and negotiate commercial agreements. - Present the combined manufacturing capabilities of multiple facilities. - Manage long technical sales cycles from prospecting through production launch. - Attend customer visits, trade shows, and industry events. - Achieve aggressive new business growth objectives. You’ll work directly with engineering and leadership to design complex product workflows, create intuitive user experiences, and establish the design systems and visual foundation for a highly interactive software platform.
