Consultant – Portfolio Planning, Process Excellence

• Support portfolio planning, gap analysis, and execution tracking across multiple initiatives • Assist with process design, operating model development, and governance improvements • Align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teams • Develop and refine planning artifacts, dashboards, and reporting structures • Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and data models for leadership visibility • Prepare executive-ready presentations, status updates, and summary materials • Coordinate across client and consulting teams to track deliverables and reporting cadences • Support leadership with analysis, insights, and recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or hold Green Card Status.
  • Experience with portfolio planning, program support, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority
  • Additional qualifications a plus: Utility, energy, or infrastructure sector experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise project management, financial, or capital planning platforms
  • Capital project or construction delivery lifecycle knowledge
  • Prior consulting firm experience

Role Description The Dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant provides quality customer service to one of Acendas Travel's corporate clients. The role is responsible for completing domestic and/or international reservations, while accurately managing all travel requests, and following the appropriate process and procedures. This individual must be a self-directed and technology-driven team player. - Respond to client requests and inquiries for the dedicated client through multiple channels such as phone, email, text/SMS or online booking tool. - Utilize GDS queues, scripts and programmable keys to successfully schedule flight, hotel accommodations, car, rail, and limo services. - Offer solutions and options that meet all travel requirements while ensuring compliance with the company’s travel policy and maintaining cost efficiency. - Create clear and concise itineraries which include all pertinent information. - Communicate necessary documentation requirements such as passports, visas, or other clearances required for international travel. - Utilize instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. - Update traveler profiles as needed. - Partner with the organization in promoting, implementing, and supporting adherence to the company’s travel policy. - Completes special projects, as assigned.
