Role Description The Dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant provides quality customer service to one of Acendas Travel's corporate clients. The role is responsible for completing domestic and/or international reservations, while accurately managing all travel requests, and following the appropriate process and procedures. This individual must be a self-directed and technology-driven team player. - Respond to client requests and inquiries for the dedicated client through multiple channels such as phone, email, text/SMS or online booking tool. - Utilize GDS queues, scripts and programmable keys to successfully schedule flight, hotel accommodations, car, rail, and limo services. - Offer solutions and options that meet all travel requirements while ensuring compliance with the company’s travel policy and maintaining cost efficiency. - Create clear and concise itineraries which include all pertinent information. - Communicate necessary documentation requirements such as passports, visas, or other clearances required for international travel. - Utilize instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. - Update traveler profiles as needed. - Partner with the organization in promoting, implementing, and supporting adherence to the company’s travel policy. - Completes special projects, as assigned. Qualifications - High school degree; required, college experience, a plus. - Minimum of three (3) years’ recent corporate travel experience required; travel agent or similar capacity required. - Advanced working knowledge of corporate travel technology products, GDS (Sabre), Online Booking Tool (Concur); required. - Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; required. - Core hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Central Time. • Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and business stakeholders to understand current priorities, backlog items, and desired outcomes. • Translate defined business requirements into scalable Pardot and Salesforce functionality. • Build and optimize Engagement Studio programs, segmentation, nurtures, automation rules, completion actions, dynamic lists, forms, landing pages, and campaign workflows. • Implement and refine lead scoring, grading, qualification logic, and lifecycle management aligned to current go-to-market strategy. • Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure lead and contact workflows, routing logic, field mapping, and sync behavior operate effectively across systems. • Improve database health by identifying gaps related to duplication, stale data, enrichment, and overall marketing automation hygiene. • Evaluate current website tracking and campaign attribution setup, troubleshoot tracking issues, and improve visibility into prospect activity and engagement. • Recommend and implement practical enhancements that improve usability, reporting, sales visibility, and marketing execution speed. • Help establish core operational standards, documentation, naming conventions, and scalable ways of working within Pardot. • Provide informed guidance on feature gaps, plugin-equivalent functionality, and best-practice approaches based on deep platform knowledge. • Surface additional opportunities for improvement while executing against immediate priorities, helping maintain a clear and actionable backlog. • Support reporting and insight generation across campaign performance, engagement trends, and operational effectiveness.

• Participate in developing risk hypotheses during audit planning, linking regulatory or operational risks to potential control failure scenarios. • Apply audit logic to emerging tools, such as generative AI, to support tasks like summarizing audit results or drafting test procedures. • Communicate preliminary findings and control observations to team leads and incorporate feedback to refine language, scope, or severity. • Draft audit findings using standard templates, clearly referencing supporting evidence and explaining potential impacts. • Coordinate walkthroughs with subject matter experts and validate understanding through documented process flows. • Use structured judgment to identify and document potential exceptions and gaps in control execution. • Analyze structured data sets to identify trends or indicators of control weaknesses. • Draft audit testing procedures, checklists, or work programs tailored to assigned business processes. • Independently perform control testing for assigned audit areas, applying audit procedures appropriate to the process or control being reviewed. • Manage evidence collection and follow-ups using collaboration or project tracking tools. • Support Agile-based audit execution by tracking testing progress, updating documentation, and communicating blockers.
