This is an ideal opportunity for experienced project managers seeking to work on diverse projects with long-term growth potential. **Responsibilities** - Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution - Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for scope alignment - Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation - Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and field issues - Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams - Conduct jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met - Support procurement and material coordination to align with project timelines - Lead project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and solutions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, or developers
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

What We Do: The Operational Technology Division is responsible for the engineering design and execution activities for SCADA, network, and controls on utility scale PV and Battery Storage power plants. There are four major systems that this team is responsible for delivering, Plant Controls, SCADA, Field Instrumentation, and IT systems. Position Summary: Be the technical lead for a team in identifying customer requirements, analyzing, and evaluating multiple solutions, developing functional and physical architecture, verifying, and validating high-complexity systems. This position will assign tasks to junior engineers and technicians to achieve the designs. In this position, you will work on the project from kickoff to customer handover and will be supported by the design, development, and commissioning teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and/or self-perform the execution of engineering activities. - Work with Engineering Manager and Project Managers to manage internal and external capacity to meet project milestones. Requests and evaluates engineering services proposals. - Perform quality review of work performed by assigned staff; identify, investigate, and resolve internal and external quality issues on projects. - Manage and control the generation, issuance, resolution, and close-out of requests for information, technical inquiry forms, and transmittals/submittals. - Participate in preparing proposals and scope development, including conceptual designs and execution plans, engineering/project cost estimates, and schedules. - Coordinate technical activities and designs with personnel in other disciplines and departments within the local office. - Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to less experienced engineers and team members. - Provide short-term field support during construction. - Any other actions required by management.
