This internship supports the Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) team by contributing to real-world healthcare integration projects. The intern will assist with gathering and documenting integration requirements, facilitating testing with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) teams, and developing message transformations to support system interoperability. The role provides hands-on exposure to the full integration lifecycle, from intake through testing and deployment. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. • Lead and/or self-perform the execution of engineering activities. • Work with Engineering Manager and Project Managers to manage internal and external capacity to meet project milestones. • Perform quality review of work performed by assigned staff; identify, investigate, and resolve internal and external quality issues on projects. • Manage and control the generation, issuance, resolution, and close-out of requests for information, technical inquiry forms, and transmittals/submittals. • Participate in preparing proposals and scope development, including conceptual designs and execution plans, engineering/project cost estimates, and schedules. • Coordinate technical activities and designs with personnel in other disciplines and departments within the local office. • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to less experienced engineers and team members. • Provide short-term field support during construction. • Any other actions required by management.
