• The Travel Analyst coordinates and makes travel and lodging arrangements for Field Safety Specialists under the project assigned. • Responsible for evaluating flight travel time and for selecting the most efficient and cost-effective travel with the goal of minimizing staff travel time. • Responsible for flight bookings, itineraries, car rentals, etc. for Field Safety Specialists as well as entering travel requests into the company’s scheduling system. • Receive and review case work orders and confirm date and time of visit with Sponsor to schedule site visit. • Coordinate travel for Field Safety Specialists once site visits are confirmed with the Sponsor, ensuring all arrangements comply with requirements and company procedures. • Schedule and confirm Field Safety Specialist travel within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of site visit. • Work closely and in conjunction with the corporate travel contractor to book flights, lodging and ground transportation. • Responsible for entering travel requests into the company’s Scheduling System and creating work orders for each order. • Work with supervisory management and elevate concerns as needed. • Communicate travel requirement(s) to the Field Safety Specialists. • Confirm bookings with each Field Safety Specialist and appropriate parties. • Provide Field Safety Specialists date and time of arrival for each case assigned. • Aid in changing and/or canceling flights, provides Field Safety Specialist with travel-related information. • Remain aware of travel-related information that may cause delays or prevent flight connections from occurring and communicate this information to the Field Safety Specialist in route. • Make last-minute travel arrangements or cancellations due to inclement weather or other travel emergencies. • Ensure accurate transportation itinerary information is available to employees and appropriate parties. • Answer phones and return phone calls in a timely manner. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Analyze LLM visibility and Share of Voice, create a continuous feedback loop across various teams to optimize Twilio's presence in AI search/AEO (answer engine optimization), drive enablement and operational efforts to ensure consistent tool usage and storyline. • Support the strategy, data ingestion, and modeling required to build and maintain net new and existing brand measurement components. Drive a single, cohesive narrative combining disparate data sets. • Inspire experimentation adoption in teams. Build the frameworks and structure to drive experimentation rigor and clarity of incrementally of marketing initiatives. • Support Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) initiatives to understand the impact of various marketing channels on Sign Ups, SQLs, activations, and guide budget allocation. • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for exec-level audiences. • Own enablement efforts for emerging channels, sharing accomplishments, KPIs, and cross-team collaborations broadly across the marketing organization.
