IT Procurement Manager
Resource Innovations
• Manage the procurement lifecycle for technology products and services • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify technology needs • Conduct vendor evaluations, pricing analysis, and procurement comparisons • Facilitate the purchasing process including requisitions and purchase orders • Maintain relationships with key technology vendors and service providers • Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations • Manage technology contracts including new agreements and renewals • Track contract renewal timelines and proactively coordinate renewal decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing required
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and contract management abilities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP systems and contract management tools
