Innovation Consultant
Cargill
• Provide support, advice and consultation to internal and external stakeholders about nutritional solutions and innovation projects • Lead and manage assigned innovation projects and provide expertise in assessing new business opportunities • Provide expert nutritional support to internal formulation and FSQR teams • Develop and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders • Identify trends and contribute on portfolio renewal and support strategy setting • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field
- 5 years of animal nutrition experience
- Master's degree or other post-secondary degree in veterinary, animal nutrition, or related animal science discipline (preferred)
- Equine animal nutrition education (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in formulation, quality and regulatory systems (preferred)
