• Ensure the successful execution of programs by acting as a liaison between the Program Manager, clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors. • Serve as the primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and the Program Manager, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Art, Finance, Engineering, etc.) and external partners to develop and execute detailed project plans. • Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed quality and performance standards. • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, cost management, and adherence to manufacturing specification and timelines. • Conduct root cause and risk analyses to identify potential challenges and develop corrective actions. • Develop estimates, budgets, and customer quotes; manage project costs to ensure budget adherence. • Review and approve site-specific documents, ensuring compliance with client and company standards. • Develop and maintain a playbook, processes, and training materials for surveyors and suppliers.

• Support our team on a part-time basis. • Assist in managing multiple client projects concurrently. • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within the agreed quality standards. • Develop and implement strategies, track project timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure all team members are on schedule. • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. • Act as a liaison between the Key Account Manager, project team members. • Schedule and organize project meetings, including team check-ins and client status updates. • Ensure clear communication of project requirements, updates, and deliverables to all stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and ensure any deviations are addressed promptly. • Prepare and present regular project status reports for internal and stakeholder reviews. • Proactively identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies. • Assist in resource allocation and ensure that staff members are aligned with project needs. • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to update project plans, priorities, and deadlines. • Provide support in preparing presentations, project briefs, and client-facing documents. • Suggest and implement improvements to project management processes to enhance team efficiency. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project deliverables. • Other duties as assigned.
