• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑energy scanning systems. • Conduct site audits, manage spare‑parts inventory, and support system performance improvements. • Assist with new system installations, including factory and on‑site commissioning. • Provide on‑call and remote technical support on a rotating basis. • Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations, documentation, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and company quality procedures.

• Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction • Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required. • Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis. • Conducts follow up calls with the customer to ensure satisfaction of work. • Maintains clear and concise business communication, both oral and written.

• Service and maintenance of dosing systems in commercial kitchens, hospitals, restaurants and industrial facilities • Installation and maintenance of dosing technology, primarily on professional washing and dishwashing machines • Ensuring the smooth operation of systems and troubleshooting faults • Supporting sales with technical customer consultations and sales-related activities • Participation in ongoing projects
