Senior Consultant, Extended Workforce

• Client Engagement, Research, & Analysis • Apply QWA’s design thinking methodology to understand client needs, requirements and business objectives. • Design and lead on-site, virtual workshops with clients to validate their current state operations, collect requirements, and gain consensus around project scope and plan. • Develop a detailed understanding of the client problem statement, as well as visual representations of the current process, operational design, and technology challenges. • Lead design, creation, and validation of outputs for interviews and surveys to build current state deliverables and artifacts. • Request, categorize and analyze client-provided documentation, process maps and technology architecture for the existing Extended Workforce program. • Create and lead user experience, requirements gathering, and leadership workshops to understand pain points and develop current state deliverables (Experience & Journey Maps, Data Flow Diagrams, Architecture Maps, etc.). • Collaborate and communicate effectively directly with technology architects, executives, and SMEs, both internally and externally. • Tenaciously question, challenge assumptions, and analyse information to diagnose the root of an issue, design optimal solutions and roadmaps, and outline short and long-term impact of recommendations. • Ability to collaborate with internal and external Change Managers to ensure change deliverables are aligned to the client’s objectives. • Create in-depth final recommendations and reports and present to the relevant client stakeholders. • Program & Technology Design • Create future state target operating models including RASCI’s, governance models, organizational charts and funding models. • Design and recommend solutions that improve the user experience. • Recommend optimisation of current technology ecosystems, or the implementation of new Extended Workforce technologies such as VMS, AI and Automation and other enabling technologies. • Produce key decision documents for enhancing their processes and technologies. • Create and present the Future State/Opportunity Map document to client stakeholders. • Customer Relationship Management • Work with client project sponsors and execs as the key bridge to understand business requirements and build trust to deliver optimal technical and service design solutions. • Effectively manage client expectations and deliverables to the project scope. • Project Management • Support the PM and guide discovery, deliverables, and the broader team whilst working on Extended Workforce assignments. • Attend required project meetings and ensure compliance to project governance. • Technology Expertise • Act as a conduit between the business needs and technical requirements, including working with technology specialists and effectively communicating between the technical and executive level. • Analyze clients’ business and technical challenges to design comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments. • Provide consultation to internal and external leadership on technology best practices and market trends. • Recommend appropriate roadmaps to technology vendors and leadership. • Market Analysis • Research and document industry trends & technologies for ad hoc projects, as required. • Provides consultation on technology best practices and trends, including the creation of whitepapers. • Sales, Events & Product Development • Identify additional products and service options for clients to explore continuation/expansion of service. • Represent the company at industry events by serving as a key spokesperson at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, showcasing the company’s expertise and fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders. • Proactively contribute to the development of the Advisory Practice by developing playbooks, methodologies, and toolsets to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in the Extended Workforce domain (MSP, Services Procurement, VMS implementations).
  • Demonstrated experience within a MSP, Services Procurement, RPO, TA, or HR program or workforce program/technology delivery or implementations.
  • Diverse industry experience desired across startup, publicly traded, private, and/or Fortune 100 companies, demonstrating adaptability and the context to drive results in varied organizational environments.
  • Prior client-facing consulting experience and superior presentation and storytelling ability to lead workshops and client presentation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology preferred.

This role is expected to be having strong knowledge Zuora SaaS Billing, Usage and Subscriptions, product and pricing config, Cash application and Revenue processes integrated with multiple upstream usage systems and downstream systems. Able to understand and manage Twilio’s entire I2C landscape in partnership with the Global Accounting and billing teams to drive automations and innovation. You will gather requirements, design, configure, develop , test and maintain Zuora billing. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: - Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design within Zuora Billing, including charge models, subscription lifecycle management, and scalable O2C/OTR solution design aligned to business and finance processes. - Drive advanced Zuora configurations including custom workflows (automation, integrations, error handling), mediation and data transformation pipelines, advanced billing rules, custom rating logic, multi-entity/multi-currency global setups, custom reports/data sources, and billing performance optimization. - Design, build, and support robust integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, tax engines, payment gateways, CRM, data platforms), including API-based integrations, middleware flows, automated reconciliations, and audit control mechanisms. - Own post–go-live production support, including incident management (P1/P2), root cause analysis, change and release management, operational stability, and support for financial close and compliance processes. - Lead full lifecycle implementations (requirements through hypercare), provide governance and technical leadership, mentor team members, ensure documentation and knowledge transfer, and represent Zuora architecture in executive and cross-functional design forums. - Develops and executes system conversion and implementations. - Lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
