MSP Account Director
Nexthink
• Deliver on growth strategy with the largest MSP’s & GSI’s • Establish and maintain C-level, sales, and product relationships with organizations such as Kyndryl, Unisys, Capgemini & DXC • Develop and execute plans to embed the Nexthink platform as a key solution across the workplace practices • Drive Nexthink revenue across your chosen partners • Navigate the organizational structures to develop strategic and tactical relationships • Understand the business, solutions and technical needs of the global MSP/GSI • Execute a plan to drive achievement of revenue and growth goals • Work with key internal stakeholders (e.g. account teams, regional sales teams, marketing teams and corporate resources) • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Nexthink solutions • Leverage technical resources to assist your partners • Drive business development and Co-Sell initiatives in partnership with field sales, marketing, and leadership • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team • Represent Nexthink at conferences, QBRs and more • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the MSP/GSI marketplace
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing, enabling, and supporting a partner community
- 5+ years of experience with technology platform sales
- 5+ years of partner/business development, enterprise sales, and GTM creation/management
- Experience working in or with MSP/GSI’s
- Proven track record of developing and executing on a go to market strategy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead executive level meetings
- Collaborative approach to working, leveraging cross functional teams to support
- Experience in the EUC industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience engaging with senior business and technology leaders
- Ability to create and enable Field teams with insightful materials
- Experience working with product teams and influencing product strategy based on partner feedback
- Comfortable carrying a performance related target
