• The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing and executing post-sales activities • The Project Manager drives forward the assigned project(s) • identifies potential issues or delays • ensures that installations are handed over to the customer on time and under budget • You’re the single point of contact for the assigned project(s) towards the client, subcontractors and stow stakeholders from Engineering, Finance, and Sales • You familiarize yourself with all the available project documentation • assess the operation, technical, and financial feasibility • You set up detailed project planning for high-precision racking construction incl. robotics • You ensure that all engineering and preparatory activities are undertaken • You attend kick-off, technical, commercial and planning meetings as well as site inspections • You work closely with Project Engineers and Construction Site Managers to drive the overall project execution • You outline work methods and instruct all required internal and external team members/workers • You foresee project risks or uncertainties • escalate any issues to the relevant project stakeholders and take mitigative action to stay within the project timeline • You troubleshoot and problem-solve when issues become apparent • You monitor and report on the execution, progress, and quality of the project • You identify project plan deviations and initiate corrections where necessary • In collaboration with the Construction Site Manager, you conduct regulatory checks • You maintain and adhere to the project budget • You provide required reports and information punctually on request of Management • You ensure that all project-related documentation is up to date and properly stored/archived • You keep track of claims – identifying variations and/or draft delay notifications with substantiation of costs • You share technical knowledge with site management or other team members • You conduct on-site safety training if Site Manager is absent • You participate in company and team training as required

• Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping through delivery and closure. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including scope, schedule, budget, status reports, and risk/issue logs. • Align regularly with stakeholders on timelines, resource allocation, and financials. • Prepare and present governance materials, including funding requests and portfolio updates. • Track progress against milestones, proactively addressing risks, issues, and blockers. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to define roles, clarify deliverables, and ensure alignment. • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders to drive transparency and confidence. • Apply a hybrid project methodology combining waterfall planning with agile practices. • Manage documentation for an early-stage GxP-regulated LIMS migration project. • Own deliverables such as project scope, budget plans, resource tracking, and validation (CSV) documentation. • Support the preparation of content for steering committee and governance board meetings. • Translate complex project information into executive-ready communications and presentations.

• Acting as the primary contact point for project-related matters • Managing client’s expectations to make sure the client is satisfied with services of PrimeVigilance, and that the work PrimeVigilance delivers meets, or even exceeds, the clients’ expectations. • Preparing project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance. • Project activities planning, including deadlines and interim milestones • Reporting for the client and the PrimeVigilance management, e.g., preparation of Monthly reports, serving as basis for invoicing.

• Lead and manage ERP and FSM project delivery from inception to completion. • Build strong working relationships with all members of the implementation team, internal and external. • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines tailored to their specific needs. • Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with client goals. • Identify and evaluate potential risks unique to client projects, implementing strategies to mitigate impact on outcomes. • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of client funds and adherence to financial guidelines. • Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure that all project outputs meet client expectations and industry standards through thorough review processes and feedback loops.
