• Lead and manage ERP and FSM project delivery from inception to completion. • Build strong working relationships with all members of the implementation team, internal and external. • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines tailored to their specific needs. • Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with client goals. • Identify and evaluate potential risks unique to client projects, implementing strategies to mitigate impact on outcomes. • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of client funds and adherence to financial guidelines. • Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure that all project outputs meet client expectations and industry standards through thorough review processes and feedback loops.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation projects, preferably with ERP/CRM platforms.
- Direct experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (implementations, upgrades, or optimizations).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams (consultants, developers, and client stakeholders) to successful go-lives.
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into clear, actionable project tasks.
- Familiarity with SaaS integrations, data migration, and system configuration best practices.
- Understanding of core NetSuite modules preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Able to motivate, coach, and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
- Skilled at managing client relationships, setting expectations, and addressing challenges proactively.
- Ability to balance customer satisfaction with project scope, timelines, and profitability.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites if required (<10%).
