• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations • Drive functional workshops to understand business processes • Translate operational and financial requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions • Provide solution architecture guidance across core ERP and manufacturing modules • Serve as the primary functional advisor to client leadership and project stakeholders

• Lead and manage ERP and FSM project delivery from inception to completion. • Build strong working relationships with all members of the implementation team, internal and external. • Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines tailored to their specific needs. • Guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with client goals. • Identify and evaluate potential risks unique to client projects, implementing strategies to mitigate impact on outcomes. • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of client funds and adherence to financial guidelines. • Maintain regular, transparent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure that all project outputs meet client expectations and industry standards through thorough review processes and feedback loops.
