• Work closely with the leads to identify high-impact opportunities in the domain • Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout, using a combination of Android and server-side technologies • Make technical decisions and recommendations that will lay the foundation for the future of our retail strategy • Stay in tune with customer needs by hearing direct customer feedback and staying abreast of industry research
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience building and shipping production software to customers
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience with payments technology or fintech in general

• Leading or supporting interactions with clients, primarily in presenting updates or deliverables and conducting research to confidently answer client questions. • Tracking and managing a pipeline of technical advisory requests and climate/nature projects needing review and validation from clients on carbon accounting, decarbonization strategies, and how to comply with climate standards. • Lead project validation and communications with clients to scope the quality of climate projects and address relevant technical aspects and their methodologies. • Manage the analysis of climate projects at the intersection of agriculture, forestry, and greenhouse gas emissions. • Prepare technical analysis reports, presentations, and other communication materials related to carbon accounting and project risk analysis. • Conduct desk research on corporate climate mitigation leadership standards. • Support new business outreach efforts, including leading and/or supporting proposal development and workplans.
• Join the engineering team primarily responsible for building our Records solution. • Use your skills to enhance data management capabilities and work on features that provide analytics, greater observability, and insights. • Drive impactful changes in our codebase. • Work closely with design and product functions. • Write and review high-quality, well-tested code. • Identify areas for improvement and share responsibility for making the team better. • Take full ownership of the problems you solve and the software you write.
