• Build new services to meet critical product and business needs using Golang. • Design scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices. • Articulate a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems and the teams running them. • Work with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter. • Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.

• Work on critical, strategic projects with a strong focus on system performance, security, and scalability. • Projects involve regulated environments and integration across distributed systems. • Participate from requirements analysis through to solution delivery. • Opportunities for technical leadership, supporting and mentoring other developers on the team. • Design and maintain RESTful APIs with emphasis on performance, security, and scalability. • Perform systems analysis, including requirements elicitation, estimations, and project planning. • Implement integrations between distributed systems. • Ensure adoption of software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Leading or supporting interactions with clients, primarily in presenting updates or deliverables and conducting research to confidently answer client questions. • Tracking and managing a pipeline of technical advisory requests and climate/nature projects needing review and validation from clients on carbon accounting, decarbonization strategies, and how to comply with climate standards. • Lead project validation and communications with clients to scope the quality of climate projects and address relevant technical aspects and their methodologies. • Manage the analysis of climate projects at the intersection of agriculture, forestry, and greenhouse gas emissions. • Prepare technical analysis reports, presentations, and other communication materials related to carbon accounting and project risk analysis. • Conduct desk research on corporate climate mitigation leadership standards. • Support new business outreach efforts, including leading and/or supporting proposal development and workplans.

• Join the engineering team primarily responsible for building our Records solution. • Use your skills to enhance data management capabilities and work on features that provide analytics, greater observability, and insights. • Drive impactful changes in our codebase. • Work closely with design and product functions. • Write and review high-quality, well-tested code. • Identify areas for improvement and share responsibility for making the team better. • Take full ownership of the problems you solve and the software you write.
