Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
- A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset
- Familiarity with the BC Kootenays dealer or broker market is a bonus
- Experience delivering product training in person or virtually is a bonus
- Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products is a bonus
- Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC
- Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
