Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
  • A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with the BC Kootenays dealer or broker market is a bonus
  • Experience delivering product training in person or virtually is a bonus
  • Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products is a bonus
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC
  • Active General Level 1 Insurance Licence already in hand
