• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on all Curiox systems. • Provide support to the FAS and FSE members worldwide by responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner and provide on-site (US, EMEAI, APAC) support as needed. • In collaboration with FAS, FSE and Sales staff worldwide, ensure the ticketing system is up to date and is accurately reflected with customer information in HubSpot. • Analyze and repair defective instruments returned from the field and produce failure analysis report. • Repair, validate and maintain a fleet of stand-by (“loaner”) systems to ensure systems are consistently operational and capable of quick deployment. • Provide excellent customer support by providing customers with training and technical support for installed instruments. • Document and report all repairs, product failures, and other field service paperwork in HubSpot through ticketing system. • Manage and update service forms (PMs, IOQs, etc.) to reflect product changes as they occur. • Provide feedback with design change in conjunction with R&D, Operations, and production. • Identify Field Service opportunities/potentials for future business and communicate this to FSE manager, Sales Team and field ops. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Attend customer sites to carry out scheduled servicing, inspections and functional testing of mobile BESS and associated temporary power equipment. • Respond to breakdowns and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing faults efficiently and coordinating repairs to minimise downtime. • Complete site RAMS / permits to work and ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard. • Support mobilisation, installation and set-up of mobile BESS at customer sites, including verification of electrical connections, earthing and safety. • Configure system parameters to suit the application. • Oversee safe shutdown, decommissioning and readiness for return-to-fleet, ensuring equipment is left in a safe state for transport. • Support the planning and delivery of specialised projects outside of business-as-usual operations. • Deliver on-site customer training and support during handover. • Act as technical liaison between customers, L1 support, BD and engineering. • Provide ad-hoc remote technical support, including scheduled on-call periods out of hours. • Complete service reports, fault logs and deployment records. • Support development of standard operating procedures. • Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability.

All efforts result in updated radar systems that provide optimal detection capabilities and increased data accuracy. Qualifications Required Qualifications - US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. - 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 12 years with no degree. - Proven strong self-starter traits. - Must have significant hands on technical work such as maintenance on any moderately complex system such as radars, radios or networks. - Capable of implementing the steps to conflict resolution and deconfliction. - Capable of independent operation under agile conditions with limited oversite and/or managerial control. - Capable of critical thinking, following processes and procedures. - Travel 75% (expected travel is 1 month on and 2 weeks remote rotation). - Solid communication and interpersonal skills. - Capable of assessing a large amount of pertinent data and producing detailed technical reports at a consumable level under time limitations. - Provide clear and effective communications to all parties. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
