• Leading origination and development of EV projects • Leading origination and developing customer relationships with customers such as bus operators, other fleet operators, and municipal transit authorities • Developing compelling propositions and competitive bids • Structuring contracts • Sponsoring high quality internal InvestCom papers • Developing strategic partnerships with vehicle OEMs, charger manufacturers and technical consultants, regulators, utilities, banks to support the scaling of the business • Managing a business development team to build financial models • Supporting day-to-day business case development activities of projects until the closure of the deals • Developing sales and marketing materials, speaking at and attending conferences as appropriate • Being a public face of the firm for fleets helping manage client relationships • Leading, driving and mentoring a successful Sales function across Germany, ensuring individual and team targets are met in line with agreed objectives
• Attend customer sites to carry out scheduled servicing, inspections and functional testing of mobile BESS and associated temporary power equipment. • Respond to breakdowns and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing faults efficiently and coordinating repairs to minimise downtime. • Complete site RAMS / permits to work and ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard. • Support mobilisation, installation and set-up of mobile BESS at customer sites, including verification of electrical connections, earthing and safety. • Configure system parameters to suit the application. • Oversee safe shutdown, decommissioning and readiness for return-to-fleet, ensuring equipment is left in a safe state for transport. • Support the planning and delivery of specialised projects outside of business-as-usual operations. • Deliver on-site customer training and support during handover. • Act as technical liaison between customers, L1 support, BD and engineering. • Provide ad-hoc remote technical support, including scheduled on-call periods out of hours. • Complete service reports, fault logs and deployment records. • Support development of standard operating procedures. • Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability.
