Microsoft 365 Administrator II
Lantana Consulting Group
• Responsible for the management, security, and optimization of Lantana’s Microsoft 365 environment • Oversees core services including Purview, SharePoint, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, Defender for Endpoint, and Entra ID to ensure they operate securely, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies and federal compliance requirements • Maintains secure configurations, monitors system health, and drives continuous improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine site architecture, strengthen governance practices, and translate technical requirements into clear, actionable plans • Serve as a knowledgeable resource across the organization • Assess the current state of the ecosystem, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices that strengthen governance, security, and overall performance • Lead initiatives such as SharePoint modernization, enhancing system governance, and developing automation strategies that support security and compliance • Act as the central steward of Lantana’s collaboration infrastructure: manage identity and access controls, streamline user and group management, and adhere to NIST and internal/external security standards
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- Five to eight years of progressive experience in IT administration, including at least two years focused on Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy and/or Microsoft 365
- Strong proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing security capabilities, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and baseline security configurations
- Solid understanding of the principles of identity and access management, including IAM, RBAC, and policy-driven access controls
- Demonstrated ability to support or lead platform enhancements, particularly SharePoint modernization or similar system-improvement initiatives
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
- Ability to complete and maintain a federal-government Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation

• Lead the design, implementation, and daily execution of Population Health Management programs aligned with Medicaid, Managed Care, and Value-Based Service (VBS) contracts. • Direct provider performance initiatives to improve quality outcomes, contract performance, and patient care delivery across the organization. • Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for population health, quality measurement, and value-based care strategies. • Coordinate logistics for population health projects (scheduling internal meetings, tracking action items, maintaining project plans). • Leverage multiple internal and external data sources to identify care gaps, quality performance trends, and opportunities for system-level improvement. • Translate complex health plan, HEDIS, CMS CQM, and contract reports into actionable workflows and targeted interventions for clinical teams. • Monitor, track, and report progress on population health initiatives to leadership using data analysis and reporting tools. • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, IT, Clinical Operations, and external partners to implement system-wide process improvements. • Serve as a liaison for Health Plans and other population health entities, ensuring compliance with all quality and value-based contract requirements. • Serve as project lead and primary contact for Health Information Exchange (HIE) and onboarding, maintenance, and reporting requirements. • Maintain user guides, tip sheets, and process maps for internal tools (EHR registries, data exports, BI dashboards). • Develop and deliver trainings, presentations, and guidance to support adoption of population health workflows and quality initiatives.
