Associate Medical Imaging Field Service Engineer
CMS Imaging Inc
• Install and service medical imaging equipment • Provide preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment • Travel to and from customer locations throughout Southeast • Maintain customer satisfaction for billed, warranty, and contract service • Prepare and complete all service calls assigned • Follow up with customers after service completion within 48 hours • Complete physical installation of X-Ray and Imaging equipment • Participate in transport and assembly of various X-Ray/Imaging equipment • Safely operate rigging equipment and handling equipment • Comply with OSHA and DHEC Radiation Safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Entry-Level FSE
- Background in or acquired up to 5 years of practical electronics servicing or combination of education and hands-on experience
- Direct hire from a 2-year Associates program in electronics technology, 4-year BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Armed Forces, or electronic specialty program or industry trade school specializing in Radiological Equipment Service
- Manufacturer training in medical imaging equipment
- An approved X-Ray or Medical Imaging technical program of study.

West Coast US Field Service Engineer, FSE

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on all Curiox systems. • Provide support to the FAS and FSE members worldwide by responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner and provide on-site (US, EMEAI, APAC) support as needed. • In collaboration with FAS, FSE and Sales staff worldwide, ensure the ticketing system is up to date and is accurately reflected with customer information in HubSpot. • Analyze and repair defective instruments returned from the field and produce failure analysis report. • Repair, validate and maintain a fleet of stand-by (“loaner”) systems to ensure systems are consistently operational and capable of quick deployment. • Provide excellent customer support by providing customers with training and technical support for installed instruments. • Document and report all repairs, product failures, and other field service paperwork in HubSpot through ticketing system. • Manage and update service forms (PMs, IOQs, etc.) to reflect product changes as they occur. • Provide feedback with design change in conjunction with R&D, Operations, and production. • Identify Field Service opportunities/potentials for future business and communicate this to FSE manager, Sales Team and field ops. • Performs other duties as assigned.
• Attend customer sites to carry out scheduled servicing, inspections and functional testing of mobile BESS and associated temporary power equipment. • Respond to breakdowns and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing faults efficiently and coordinating repairs to minimise downtime. • Complete site RAMS / permits to work and ensure all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard. • Support mobilisation, installation and set-up of mobile BESS at customer sites, including verification of electrical connections, earthing and safety. • Configure system parameters to suit the application. • Oversee safe shutdown, decommissioning and readiness for return-to-fleet, ensuring equipment is left in a safe state for transport. • Support the planning and delivery of specialised projects outside of business-as-usual operations. • Deliver on-site customer training and support during handover. • Act as technical liaison between customers, L1 support, BD and engineering. • Provide ad-hoc remote technical support, including scheduled on-call periods out of hours. • Complete service reports, fault logs and deployment records. • Support development of standard operating procedures. • Actively contribute to Zenobe's commitment to health and safety, wellbeing and sustainability.
