We're continuing to build an HR function grounded in clarity, consistency, and accountability, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join us. This role is responsible for executing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR systems, benefits, and compliance. You'll work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR operations run smoothly and scale with the business. This role is expected to take ownership of core HR operations and help build a more structured and scalable People function as the company grows. What You'll Do - Deliver consistent, high-quality execution of HR programs, processes, and employee support across the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee experience. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing timely, accurate support and resolving day-to-day HR questions while escalating more complex matters as appropriate. - Maintain the integrity of employee data and documentation within HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across all records. - Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR operations run smoothly and align with business needs. - Own and continuously improve core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation standards, and employee lifecycle workflows. - Maintain and optimize the digital personnel file system, ensuring records are complete, compliant, and consistently organized. - Own HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, ensuring processes are documented, maintained, and followed across the People team. - Support administration of benefits and leave programs, including employee inquiries, enrollments, and coordination with brokers and vendors. - Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain continuity across HR programs. - Draft and process offer letters and maintain documentation related to compensation changes and approvals. - Generate and maintain HR reporting, including headcount, turnover, and workforce data, ensuring consistency and reliability of reporting outputs. - Track completion of required training and compliance programs and maintain audit-ready documentation. - Partner with HR leadership to support execution of company-wide HR initiatives and programs, including performance management cycles and other core people processes. - Support the administration of key talent processes, including performance reviews and related documentation, ensuring processes are executed consistently and on time. - Contribute to HR projects and operational initiatives that improve processes, systems, and overall effectiveness of the People function. - Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and systems and recommend improvements to increase consistency, accuracy, and scalability. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, preferred. - 2–4 years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility. - SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or actively in-flight). - Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and the ability to apply them. - Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy, organization, and documentation. - Ability to operate in an environment where not everything is fully defined, using sound judgment to move work forward without waiting for perfect direction. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees and work effectively across teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant oversight. - Process-minded, with an interest in building structure, improving documentation, and creating consistency where it does not yet exist. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and regulatory gray areas while maintaining a people-first mindset. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, preferred.
