Accountabilities - Lead GTM Data Enablement strategy and roadmap; translate business goals into scalable technical plans and measurable outcomes. - Own the vision and architecture for our CDP and product instrumentation to deliver real-time, reliable event data to GTM systems. - Build and maintain the ‘paved path’ from data lake/warehouse to GTM tools, enabling audience segmentation, activation, and customer 360. - Drive end-to-end data orchestration and quality for GTM use cases. - Manage, coach, and grow a team of GTM enablement engineers; instill a culture of accountability and innovation. - Collaborate closely with Data Platform/Infra to leverage the enterprise source of truth while meeting performance goals. - Partner with GTM leaders to prioritize high ROI initiatives and communicate progress effectively. • Design, build, and operate the data backbone that powers analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML capabilities for a fast-moving technical organization in direct support of the warfighter • Architect and implement ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines across structured and unstructured sources • Design data models (medallion/lakehouse, star/snowflake, or Data Vault as appropriate) and operate the platform with observability, lineage, data quality, and cost controls • Work hands-on in a modern Microsoft data stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure SQL, ADLS Gen2) • Partner with the Power Platform and BI teams to ensure dashboards and apps consume curated, governed data • Implement data governance, security, and access controls aligned to DoD policy • Proactively solve unusual and/or complex problems with little, or no direction given and operate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment supporting senior military leadership
