• Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products • Be responsible for clients including various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales) • Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. • Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure. • Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

• Own the architecture and evolution of P2P.org's internal developer platform—Kubernetes, monitoring, secrets management, and delivery infrastructure. You are responsible for how these systems scale, interconnect, and evolve across 60+ blockchain networks. • Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant platform components—including capacity planning, multi-tenancy, networking topology, and storage architecture. Make and document architectural trade-offs clearly. • Write production code in Go and/or Python — platform tooling, services, operators, and APIs. This is a hands-on engineering role, not just configuration. • Build self-service infrastructure that teams consume with minimal friction — Terraform modules, Helm charts, reusable pipeline templates, and platform APIs. Champion our versioned module library and automated security propagation via Renovate. • Scale our Kubernetes platform across bare-metal and cloud, and evolve the observability stack (Victoria Metrics, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and delivery platform (ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines). • Own the security posture of the platform — secrets management, access controls, identity federation, network policies, and encryption at rest and in transit. • Maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance across platform infrastructure — implement controls as code, maintain audit readiness, and work with compliance teams to close gaps proactively. • Enforce container and supply chain security — image scanning, signed artifacts, base image management, and vulnerability remediation. Apply zero-trust principles: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials, auditable access. Harden Kubernetes workloads through pod security standards, network policies, RBAC, and runtime monitoring. • Use AI tooling as a core part of how you work and champion its adoption across the infrastructure team and wider engineering organization—in code generation, code review, incident response, documentation, and operational automation. • Build or integrate AI-assisted tooling into platform workflows where it delivers genuine improvement. Help define how we measure the impact of AI adoption across engineering. • Lead the technical direction for the infrastructure team—set architectural standards, drive best practices, and reduce technical debt. • Collaborate cross-functionally with SRE, blockchain, engineering, data, and security teams. Translate their needs into platform capabilities. • Mentor and grow engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, design reviews, and knowledge sharing. • Contribute to incident response and post-incident reviews, driving platform reliability improvements.

• Lead the end-to-end launch of new blockchain networks—from testnet to mainnet • Design and implement deployment architectures for validators, full nodes, RPCs, and supporting services • Ensure all new networks meet production readiness standards—monitoring, alerting, backups, failover, and security • Collaborate with protocol teams to understand network-specific requirements, risks, and failure modes • Create repeatable launch patterns and runbooks to reduce time-to-market for new networks • Build and operate infrastructure across cloud and bare-metal environments • Improve automation and standardisation of deployments using Terraform, Helm, and internal tooling • Contribute to the internal platform by aligning launches with existing Kubernetes, observability, and delivery standards • Implement high-availability and fault-tolerant setups for validator infrastructure • Continuously improve SLOs, SLIs, and alerting for newly launched networks • Ensure all services are fully observable—metrics, logs, and traces • Define and implement alerts that are actionable and low-noise • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response • Lead or contribute to post-incident reviews, focusing on systemic improvements • Proactively identify and fix reliability risks before they impact production • Apply security best practices to all deployments—secrets management, access control, and network isolation • Ensure compliance with internal standards and contribute to SOC 2-aligned practices • Support secure key management practices for validator infrastructure • Work closely with Infrastructure, Core Networks, and Security teams • Take ownership of deliverables - from design to production • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing • Support and mentor more junior engineers when needed

• Analyze validator performance, staking economics, and revenue drivers across networks. • Conduct protocol-level research to understand incentives, validator mechanics, and network dynamics. • Identify opportunities to optimize validator economics and validation strategies. • Monitor the blockchain ecosystem to detect emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic developments. • Produce insights and analysis to support product, business, and validation strategy decisions. • Design and deploy end-to-end data solutions, from analysis and modeling to production deployment. • Maintain and optimize data pipelines for validator analytics, reporting, and protocol monitoring. • Define data requirements for the Data Engineering team (granularity, frequency, and data quality). • Govern domain data marts and ensure clear data lineage from source systems to reporting layers. • Build dashboards and analytical tools • Provide ad-hoc analysis and data support

• Build and maintain a mobile-first trading application using React Native • Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile architecture • Work on wallet integrations (connect, sign transactions, manage assets) • Ensure smooth interaction with backend services and blockchain data • Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience across iOS and Android • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers • Take ownership of features from idea to production and post-release improvements • Maintain high code quality, testing, and release processes

• Perform technical and business tasks from analysts related to our core tools • Participate in code reviews of analysts and identifying suboptimal processes • Monitor load and alerts from our services • Interact with DevOps team on our services and support tasks • Maintain security and compliance standards

• Explore blockchain ecosystem to detect possible opportunities and risks • Optimise economy for validation process including research, modelling, improving business processes. • Design and develop end-to-end data solutions, from initial analysis and model development to deployment, optimizing for performance and scalability • Provide informative dashboards to team, company and community. • Configure data platform instruments to load, process and transform data • Formulate data requirements for data engineering team. Decide on granularity, frequency, data quality. • Govern your team data marts. Provide data lineage from sources to reporting. • Provide ad-hoc support to your team

• Own and grow Tier-0 and Tier-1 enterprise accounts across APAC. • Increase TVL, product attach rate, and network coverage per account. • Build and execute account growth plans across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. • Run QBRs and EBRs, negotiate expansions, renewals, and co-marketing initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, BD, marketing, and compliance. • Track integration health, SLAs, and revenue-impacting issues. • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot. • Represent P2P.org at APAC industry events and partner meetings.
