• Lead and shape on-prem strategy across clients • Partner directly with enterprise stakeholders • Scope new optimization opportunities • Drive infrastructure modernization and right-sizing initiatives • Build the foundation of Virtasant’s long-term on-prem capability • Serve as a senior advisor on on-prem infrastructure strategy • Lead infrastructure assessments and optimization roadmaps • Present findings to enterprise stakeholders • Translate technical constraints into cost-optimized solutions • Partner with / oversee system engineers • Guide technical implementation approaches • Introduce automation into on-prem workflows (Python preferred) • Contribute to hybrid cloud transition strategies • Identify new optimization opportunities within existing accounts • Scope and shape new engagements • Support pre-sales conversations with technical credibility

• Lead development of high-performance React Native apps (iOS & Android) • Drive performance optimization (rendering, memory, startup time) with a crash-free mindset • Design and ship voice AI agent experiences (low-latency, stable pipelines) • Build and maintain simple, scalable Python CRUD APIs • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, S3) and CDK
