• Jump in quickly to troubleshoot and resolve production issues (including SSO/integration challenges) • Burn down hypercare defects and stabilize the platform • Lead hands-on development across Service Cloud (not just design/architecture) • Improve technical quality, scalability, and maintainability • Work on core Service Cloud capabilities like case lifecycle, SLAs, Omni-Channel, chat, and notifications • Support portal development (front-end + back-end) and broader integrations (e.g., SAP, Cloudflare/WAF)

• Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants • Manage the technical delivery of live remote events (via video conferencing tools) by providing technical guidance and instruction • Track time and deploy activities such as helping participants use interactive tools, set up break-out rooms, polls, and screen shares within the virtual delivery platform

• Lead complex product work such as payment flows with Stripe, robust form validation • Build cross-platform features that share logic across React (web) and React Native 0.81/Expo 54 (iOS/Android) • Evolve our design system (100+ components) • Deliver data-heavy interfaces using TanStack Query and React Table • Partner with design and product to clarify requirements

• Work on fast-paced, collaborative, agile teams to build and enhance a growing software platform together • Be responsible for end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements delivered by the team • Actively support the technical design process, bringing your expertise and analysis to help make data-driven decisions • Contribute heavily to feature design, development, testing, and delivery of our cloud platform and web applications • Support all parts of our platform from the database to the frontend • Continuously discover, understand, and implement new technologies & services to maximize development efficiency • Contribute to a culture committed to testing, quality, and attention to detail by supporting best practices such as writing and maintaining comprehensive test coverage • Actively participate in ensuring the client maintains a disciplined approach to healthcare security

• Pair directly with the founder to understand the platform, codebase, agentic development process, and intended product behavior. • Review AI/agent-generated code for modularity, maintainability, hidden fragility, silent failures, and poor integration boundaries. • Build automated test coverage around high-risk workflows, cross-portal user journeys, permissions, integrations, data persistence, and API failure modes. • Implement Playwright/API-level test automation, test data setup, CI checks, and failure artifacts such as traces, screenshots, and logs. • Improve dev/staging environment practices, CI/CD workflows, release checks, and monitoring feedback loops. • Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, bug reproduction, code review, and remediation while maintaining engineering discipline. • Create a prioritized backlog of technical hardening, test expansion, refactoring, and automation opportunities.

• Own and scale a modern healthcare data platform — building core services, automation, and observability that power real-world patient and provider outcomes • Architect and build core services, automation tools, and integrations that power our client's data ecosystem • Own high-impact platform components, improve pipeline reliability and observability • Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and DevOps to advance the scalability and developer experience of our client's data platform

• Design, build, and maintain our client's data pipelines and data warehouses for user-facing features, analytics, and aiding business intelligence. • Develop ETL ecosystem tools using tools like Python, External APIs, Airbyte, Snowflake, dbt, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Amazon S3. • Define automated solutions to solve complex problems and better understand our clients' data, users, and market. • Assist the overall engineering team with database design and data flows • Develop engineering best practices, documentation, and process flows that facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.
