• Own the entire web stack — main website, onboarding funnels, customer portals, web app, and internal tools. • Lead architecture, development, experiments and operations for all web applications. • Drive product decisions: dive into the product vision, run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate fast. • Build adaptive, animated, mobile-first experiences that convert and delight users. • Integrate with backend services (using Swagger Docs), authentication providers (Google/Apple SSO), and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Revenuecat). • Set up and optimize analytics, tracking, and conversion funnels in collaboration with Growth and Marketing. • Ship production-ready code end-to-end — from idea to deployment to monitoring.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik RouterOS environments, including scripting, APIs, and policy enforcement • Architect, implement, and maintain software systems that interact with or control network infrastructure • Perform advanced network protocol integration, especially focused on RADIUS, 802.1X, and related AAA technologies • Develop automation tools and network services that streamline configuration, authentication, and device lifecycle management • Design, build, and maintain efficient, security-hardened containerized services optimized for resource-constrained environments and modern Linux-based infrastructure • Collaborate with other development, product management and UX team members to turn user stories into performant, scalable capabilities, features, services, and applications within the ecosystem • Partner with team members across functions to solve architectural and code-design challenges • Stay informed about service design and code best practices • Work within Agile methodology with two-week sprints • Identify and incorporate security requirements in the software development lifecycle process • Participate in security reviews as needed to facilitate technical discovery • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-level knowledge sharing and best practices • Participate in on-call rotation
