• Ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to deal closing • Develop a robust territory plan with detailed strategies and tactics for exceeding quota • Comfortable and confident in prospecting to help generate pipeline • Foster value-driven relationships with influencers and decision-makers • Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and formulate targeted proposals • Partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver value-oriented software demonstrations • Quarterback RFP responses and collaborate with teammates across departments • Accountable for forecast accuracy and keeping CRM up to date • Leverage a commercial mindset in negotiating win-win deals for clients and SwiftComply
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling GovTech software solutions in a B2G environment
- Grounded in sales process and methodology
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting revenue
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo
- A bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solution-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven with an innate sense of urgency
- Direct and convincing when the time's right
- Curiosity and a strong relationship builder
- High integrity
- Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the buying process
- A passion and curiosity for local government and enabling municipalities to be better equipped in providing services to their constituents
