• Act as the lead technical consultant on client projects from process analysis and design through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. • Consult customers and prospects to prepare their companies for digital transformation. • Remote or on-site analysis, design, improvement, documentation, and maintenance of pharma/biopharma clients’ manufacturing processes. • Design, configure, and test digital workflows using Vimachem’s no-code/low-code MBR Designer. • Work closely with sales executives to effectively progress opportunities through the pipeline and secure the "technical win". • Develop, present and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations of the Vimachem solutions (Demos, technical presentations, technical discussions, etc.). • Collaborate with clients' QA, Production, and IT stakeholders at client sites to align MES implementation with operational and regulatory requirements. • Test and troubleshoot system behavior and provide guidance to client teams. • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge base. • Organize and teach best practice product workshops remotely or at customer sites. • Investigate client issues and communicate key insights and findings to the product team. • Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability, and scalability of the Vimachem Pharma MES platform through working with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and support continuous platform improvement. • Contribute as a market and customer expert in annual sales strategy and planning, providing insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Help develop and answer RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ), technical assessments, technical and security questionnaires. • Lead in the scoping and estimation of implementation projects delivered by the Vimachem Professional Services Team. • Proven experience managing high-performing teams. • This role will lead a growing team of MES consultants across the Vimachem Pharma MES platform, ensuring alignment, accountability, and professional development through structured bi-annual performance reviews.

• Partner with legal firms to implement Infodash using standard, out-of-the-box capabilities • Translate approved use cases into configured Infodash experiences, ensuring consistency, speed, and alignment with the Infodash product model • Configure and deploy Infodash solutions built on Microsoft 365, primarily leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related services • Implement and validate Infodash integrations with Microsoft 365 and approved third-party systems • Deliver Infodash training using existing, standardized training materials • Guide clients toward Microsoft-recommended best practices for Microsoft 365 governance

• The Principal, Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for delivering complex, multi-discipline projects and serving as a trusted subject matter expert within your discipline. • You may serve as the Project Lead on selected projects, where you’ll be accountable for delivering work profitably, maintaining alignment with scope, and evaluating project health regularly to identify risks early and keep work on track. • You’ll lead discipline-specific design efforts, elevate quality, and ensure coordinated, high-performance project delivery across teams. • You’ll document client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards to support onboarding, delegation, and consistent delivery. • You'll strengthen TEECOM’s foundations by modeling best practices, contributing to discipline documentation, authoring Pull Requests, and supporting improvements to tools, standards, and workflows. • You’ll collaborate closely with Group Leads, Team Leads to ensure consistent application of standards and to resolve challenges. • Externally, you’ll cultivate strong client relationships—serving as a trusted technical advisor through clear communication, reliable execution, and sound engineering judgment. • You’ll also contribute to pursuits and interviews, shape technical narratives, and participate in client discussions that strengthen TEECOM’s credibility and help win strategic work. • Internally, you’ll mentor engineers and production team members by providing technical guidance, design reviews, and actionable feedback that improves project outcomes and supports their growth.
